Privacy Policy

This website is operated by Galactica Consulting Ltd, a company registered in Jersey, Channel Islands. If you have any question about this policy or the information we hold, email us at hello@galacticagroup.eu.

The only information we collect is what you choose to enter in our contact form. That is: your name, your email address, the country your property is in, the nature of your enquiry, whether you're a homeowner, architect or developer, and whatever you write in the message field.

We don't ask for anything else, and there's no account to create. If you don't use the form, we don't collect anything that identifies you.

We use the details you send purely to read and respond to your enquiry, and to continue that conversation if you'd like us to. We don't use it for marketing, we don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell or share it with anyone for their own purposes.

This site is hosted by Netlify, and the contact form is processed through Netlify's infrastructure — your submission is received and stored there before being forwarded to us by email. Netlify acts as our processor for this, under its own privacy terms. As part of hosting the site, Netlify may also keep standard technical logs (such as anonymised access records) to operate and secure the platform.

Beyond that, your information stays with us. It isn't passed to any other third party.

This website sets no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, and no third-party analytics. Nothing on the site needs your consent to a cookie banner, because there's nothing to consent to.

We keep your enquiry only for as long as we need it to deal with your request, and then we delete it. If you'd like us to remove your details sooner, just ask and we will.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, email hello@galacticagroup.eu and we'll take care of it.

If you're contacting us from within the European Union, you also have rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and you're entitled to raise a concern with your local data-protection authority. In Jersey, the relevant authority is the Jersey Office of the Information Commissioner (jerseyoic.org).

If we change how this site handles your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. This is the whole of our website privacy policy — there's no separate small print behind it.
