Our approach
Every European deployment follows the same six-step sequence — surveyed on site, engineered in Jersey, commissioned by the engineers who designed it. This page is the method statement we issue at engagement: what happens, where it happens, and what you receive at every stage.
The method statement
The sequence below is the document we issue — each step with its location, its work, and the record you receive when it completes.
Every engagement begins at the property. We survey the building fabric, containment routes, existing infrastructure, incoming connectivity and power provision — and record all of it. On remediation projects this extends to the installed system itself: what exists, what works, and what was never completed.
IssuedSurvey report & photographic record
Design happens in Jersey, on paper, before anything is ordered. Schematics, cable schedules, rack elevations and equipment specification are produced as one engineering package and issued for approval. Nothing is guessed on site, because nothing is decided on site.
IssuedEngineering package — schematics, schedules & rack elevations
Racks are constructed, loaded, configured and soak-tested in our Jersey workshop against the approved design. Faults are found on the bench, not in the property — what ships is a proven system, not a box of parts.
IssuedBuild record & pre-shipment test results
Export logistics and ATA Carnet handling are managed by our freight partner, door to door. Equipment travels documented, insured and tracked, and arrives on site in the state it left the bench.
IssuedShipping manifest & carnet documentation
The engineers who designed and built the system commission it. Installation, termination, testing and handover are completed to the documented specification — then proven, room by room, before we leave the property.
IssuedCommissioning certificates & as-built documentation
From handover, the system is monitored from Jersey around the year. Most faults are diagnosed and resolved remotely — often before anyone at the property is aware of them. When a visit is needed, it is scheduled with the engineers who built the system.

Why it's written down
Anyone can describe a process. We issue ours in writing — to the client and to the architect — because a documented method is the only kind that can be held to account.
Every decision is made at design stage and recorded. If it isn't in the document, it doesn't happen on site.
Systems are proven in Jersey before they ship. Commissioning confirms the design — it doesn't finish it.
Survey, design, build, commissioning and support are one team. Accountability never changes hands.
Contact
A call or an email is enough to begin. We'll ask about the property, what's already installed, and the season you use it.
