One contact for the whole technology scope — network, AV, lighting control and security — from design team meetings to handover. Containment and power requirements are issued early enough to inform first fix; queries are answered from the design office in Jersey, not from a van between jobs.

The scope never changes hands. The engineers who survey and design the system build it in Jersey and commission it on site — witnessed, proven room by room, and signed off against the issued specification. Remote support then runs past practical completion, so the technology scope doesn't come back to you in the defects period.
